Herman comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and real estate investors.
He was raised in Colorado Springs and
has a broad background roaming the area
in search of a perfect spot.
He is graduate of the Humane Society School of Hard Knocks, having completed a
2-year "Outward Bound" course of life on the streets studying nature.
He was a featured "Pet of the Week" in the Colorado Springs Gazette.
Herman's life and career made major strides starting in 2005 when he was
subsequently adopted
by and studied under the tutelage (and roof) of Chuck Armstrong and family in
Manitou Springs. He owes all he knows about commercial real estate to Mr.
Armstrong. Herman is a Land Specialist!
He is not married, but has a steady girlfriend named "Miss Pinocchio."
However, it is doubtful they will ever have children due to circumstances beyond
their control.
Herman replaces Greg Baker on The Spaceteam as of December, 2007, due to
the career change of Greg to be a licensed Commercial Appraiser with CB Richard
Ellis.
