 Chuck Armstrong
Mr. Armstrong joined
Weichert Commercial Affiliates in
December of 2009 after many years with Coldwell Banker. He handles a variety of commercial real estate projects, but especially likes representing Tenants
and Buyers. He completed nearly 50 leases each year since becoming a full time commercial broker in 1998, plus his share of sales, as well! He is also an expert on the Westside and Manitou Springs, where he has lived off and on for most of his life.
Recently he has become
interested in housing for Senior
citizens, with a focus on the new 2009
Reverse Mortgages for Purchase, which
are just now becoming a reality.
Mr. Armstrong has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1984, doing commercial projects and property management. He also has many years of experience in management in both public and private sector businesses, with large corporations, government and as a small business owner. He has an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the, University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado As a youth, he lived in the Broadmoor area and attended Cheyenne Mountain Schools.
